Citizen Journalist [Proposal] - The Guardian (DRAFT)

My name is Adhan Nur, 16, and I am studying at Leyton Sixth Form College. I’m currently studying English Language, Psychology, Media and Law. I would like to propose an idea for a possible article on your Student blogging site.

My idea is to have an extensive article, evaluating the pros and cons of having technology available to students. I would be looking at the ways in which the immediate availability of technology affects a student’s life both socially and educationally. Within this article I would look at the implication on the student’s social life (allowing them to connect with their friends).

Writing as right wing compared to left wing

RIGHT WING

The presence of foreigners is on the rise in the UK. The unemployment stats will be increasing with the new figures, telling us that immigration numbers have been on the rise since 2015.

LEFT WING

More refugees have come to join us in our country. These persecuted people have chosen to live amongst us, and we should welcome them.
